Contact form: when you use the message form, your email client sends us the name, work email, company, and message you enter. We only receive it if you choose to send the email.

Scheduling: when you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter to book — such as your name, email, and any notes — and processes them so we can meet with you.

Automatically collected: our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and improve how the site and our services work.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use Calendly to schedule consultations. Information you enter to book is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Email you send reaches us through your email provider and ours.

We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as we need it to work with you or as required by law. To ask what we hold about you, or to request that we delete it, email hello@ak-solution.org.
